Return Policy


Something not right about your order? Give us a call (540-515-5111), send us a text (same), or write us a note (info@kevaplanks.com). We want to make it right!


Returns 

Great news: we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Very few people ever return their planks. Reach out to us (info@kevaplanks.com or 540-515-5111) if you're unsatisfied for any reason and we'll do what we can to make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a refund or exchange, but reach out to us anyway and we'll see what we can do. 


The following items are non-returnable: 

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software products

- International Orders (unless you pay for return shipping)


We only accept returns on items purchased at KEVAplanks.com. For items purchased from our licensed distributors, see the company you purchased from for their Return Policy. (For example, if you purchased from
MindWare.com)


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (exceptions apply)


Refunds

Here's our general process, but you can always check in with us (info@kevaplanks.com) if you have questions:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take several days (we've sometimes seen up to 10 business days) to post to your account. If we've told you we've approved the refund and you've given it some time to post, but you still haven't received it, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kevaplanks.com. 


Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Educator pricing is not considered a sale item.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kevaplanks.com and send your item to: KEVA Planks Education, 105 Dry River Rd, Bridgewater VA 22812, United States. 


Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: KEVA Planks Education, 105 Dry River Rd, Bridgewater VA 22812, United States 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Failed Delivery Attempt Policy

Let's protect the environment together by reducing the carbon emissions from the back-and-forth of heavy boxes of wood. When possible, do not order product for delivery at a time when your facility will be closed such as holidays and summer.


If the package is returned because your facility is closed, you will need to pay the cost to reship the package. There are some limited exceptions: if you believe your order should qualify as an exception, give us a call at 540-515-5111 or an email (info@kevaplanks.com).
